Refund policy

By placing an order with opium00polo.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURN WINDOW

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 14-day period begins on the day the product is accepted (delivered) by the customer.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at opium00polo@gmail.com or our official instagram account (@opium00polo) If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SIZING & FIT 

Please review our size charts carefully before placing an order. Because we provide detailed measurements for every item, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit issues. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have consulted the size chart and selected the correct fit for your needs.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Given the limited nature of our drops (150 units), exchanges are subject to stock availability.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at opium00polo@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please include your Order ID and use the same email address used to place the order. Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
